365 Day Photo Project — Day 166, June 13th 2012. Continuing my theme of the NYPD this week, I stopped off at Times Square for some street portraits for a change. While I was leaving, I witnessed this. Mascots, in trouble with the law. I overheard part of the conversation to confirm this.
